The Capoeira way of life, today, has impacted more than a thousand lives. In capoeira classes students work on their physical, emotional, and mental strength as they train for Capoeira's challenging movements. They learn to practice traditional instruments, sing music in Portuguese and train for an excitingly improvised "game" that helps them develop their personal strength, response time, creativity, courage, and self-expression.
